Summer Exhibition 2026

The world’s oldest open‑submission art exhibition – held annually since 1769 – returns. As usual, it showcases a diverse array of contemporary works, including prints, paintings, films, photography, sculpture and architectural works. This year's exhibition is co-ordinated by Ryan Gander RA and explores the theme of Interconnectedness, examining unexpected connections and shared ideas across artistic practice.
