Submitting information for free event listing(s)

• Culture City London ("CCL") welcomes submissions of information about forthcoming cultural events in London, the earlier the better.
• CCL listings are free.
• Inclusion of any listing is at the discretion of CCL.
• Don't forget to include press releases and images.
• Please see the guidelines below.

All submissions should be sent to info@culturecity.london, headed "Event(s)".

Submissions will not be acknowledged.

Note that by supplying any image you will be deemed to confirm that CCL may freely use that image in connection with CCL promoting the related event, subject only to the inclusion of any image credit specified.

Multiple-event submissions

These should be in the form of Excel, Numbers or CSV files, with the following fields:

1. Name of event
2. Venue details
3. (Start of run) Date
4. End-of-run date (if one-day event leave blank)
5. Time(s)
6. URL for event details
7. Brief description / key points
8. File name of any related image supplied
9. Image credit
10. Contact name and phone number
